Countries Public Holidays app for iPhone and iPad

Ever wondered what are the holidays in your international partner country! Or what are the holidays at your friends country! This app will answer.

This unique application illustrates world countries public holidays, occasions, and celebrations. It explores all countries of North America, Europe, Far East, Oceania and the Middle East; it also explores most of South American countries, Asian countries, and African countries; totaling more than 140 countries.

It lists the countries to the operator alphabetically so to choose one. Then, all public holidays are illustrated. The data lists the calendar type of the holiday (solar or lunar), date of the holiday, name of the holiday along a brief description where needed.

By acquiring this application, the operator can become familiar with countries cultures, business schedules, festivals, joy, history and memories. It explains the culture of the country by exploring their holidays (political, cultural, and religious); therefore, it helps the operator get closer to the country whether visiting, conducting business, or simply exploring more about countries and cultures.

Though it should be noted that when we illustrated the calendars of the events, we investigated the roots of calculating the dates of those events (especially lunisolar events). However, at the end, we described the events by “solar calendar” or “lunar calendar” to make it easier and less confusing for the operators.
